INEP Pharmacy customer card
Thanks to our customer card, you will receive a bonus of CZK 30 for every CZK 1,000 spent on goods in our INEP Pharmacy or in pharmacies of the Local Pharmacy network, with the exception of prescription drugs.
Above all, you will get up to 50% discount on the co-payment for prescription drugs, regardless of the patient's age. By using the customer card regularly, you will have a great overview of all the medicines you take. At the same time, we will warn you about their possible inappropriate combinations and interactions.
We will be happy to issue you with a customer card on request at the pharmacy or at the INEP reception.

Medicines
We have an extended range of neuropsychiatric medicines.
The pharmacy works closely with INEP physicians and regularly consults on substitutions if a medication is currently unavailable on the market.
We also offer other commonly prescribed medicines, over-the-counter products and dietary supplements.
Natural cosmetics
and aromatherapy
We offer aromatherapy cosmetics of Czech producer Nobilis Tilia. From this brand you will also find essential oils, within which we provide expert advice in the field of aromatherapy. We offer the option of purchasing a bespoke aromatherapy roll-on and massage oil.
Bach flower essences
Bach essences release blocked vital energies in the body. They help us to cope better with negative emotions such as fear, nervousness, sadness, exhaustion or stress.
For clients, we offer the possibility of a personal consultation, where we select suitable essences and prepare a customized blend.
We also offer a product known as Rescue Remedy, a crisis essence. It is available in the form of drops, sprays, rubber traps and creams.
Bach therapy can help you and your children.
Schüssler's tissue salts
We have a full range of Dr. Schüssler's 12 mineral salts available in our pharmacy and can advise you on the right mineral for you.
With these salts we can restore the disturbed balance in the body's mineral management. We can use the effects of the salts for acute and chronic problems, but also preventively to promote health.
Fytotherapy
In our assortment we have quality herbal teas from Apotheke, Megafyt, Leros and Sonnentor.
We also work with herbal tinctures from the Czech company Naděje, which mainly produces gemmotherapeutic tinctures.
Gemmotherapy uses the powerful effects of the buds of trees and shrubs.
Medicinal mushrooms and Chinese herbs
In the pharmacy we work with products of the Czech company MycoMedica, which produces a wide range of products based on vital mushrooms and herbal mixtures according to the recipes of traditional Chinese medicine.
